Q: Can I obtain rental forms from this website? TOP

A: RPAS does not offer any rental forms. For all other forms please visit our affiliate Rental Housing Association of Greater Portland. Here you will find every form that your rental business requires; it is your rental business so make sure that you have all the tools to do the job. www.rhagp.org

Q: How do I pay? TOP

A: You will pay via credit/debit card. If you have a PayPal account, you may also choose to pay by verified electronic funds. When you make a purchase, you will be sent to PayPal website where a credit card payment is made in regard to your purchase that you are about to make. The website and your credit card information are secure and handled in a confidential manner. RPAS does not see nor have access to your credit card information. Immediate notification of payment is given to RPAS. If you prefer to mail a check your order may take longer but we do accept company checks. Please contact us previous to your purchase to make arrangements to pay by check.

Q: Does RPAS share its database with 3rd parties or participate in spam e-mail programs? TOP

A: RPAS is bound by Privacy Laws. It does not share its database with 3rd parties and it does not participate in spam e-mail programs. The only e-mail you are likely to receive from RPAS is the Welcome Letter. Important notices may be sent out periodically that advise of website changes, etc.

Q: What is the turnaround time for receiving my order? TOP

A: Generally, the orders are completed and sent out within 48 hours. Your order is mail out USPS and only important e-mails will be sent to you regarding your order.

A: Yes, RPAS is a authorized Affiliate Member and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor.

A: Many states require the collection of sales tax on rent receipts of real estate and personal property. We recommend that you check with your state for the requirements and always refer to your accountant for tax advise.
